Functional Features of Institutionalization of Regional Movements at the Turn of the 20th – 21st Centuries: on Materials of the Crimean Autonomy

The publication addresses the historical and social aspects of studying regional movements of Crimea, comparative analysis of processes of institutionalization of the Crimean Tatar and Russian movements. On the example of their practical examination is concluded that alternative forms of social self-organization, with its historic features and de? ned ethno-political dynamics of the macro.
