Paradoxes of the Right to Life in the Philosophy of Personal Rights


The basic idea is that a person has the right both to life and death. With access to mass death occurs paradoxes. The article deals with these paradoxes, and shows the need for a ?exible approach to solving the problems of life and death. It’s considered that personal rights – are the rights to his body and soul in their unity. New aspects of the paradox of the human right to suicide, which deprives a person of life, and with the right to life are revealed. The conclusion is that euthanasia can be considered as a right to a painless death, which is not identical to the right to suicide.
