Hermeneutics and Dialectics about Correlation of Truth and Tradition in the History of Culture

The article is devoted to the problem of correlation of truth, historical tradition and progress in the culture. The comparative analysis of understanding of cultural and historical process in philosophical hermeneutics of H.-G. Gadamer and historical dialectics of M.A. Lifshits is realized.
