Some Aspects of a Theme of Illness in the Post-War German Literature

The article deals with the novels of German writers 1950–1980 devoted to a theme of illness are considered. Illness is investigated as the phenomenon medical, psychological, spiritual, and methods of its art image are typologically characterized as modernist and realistic.
