The article examines the list o factors in the political process, formed in the Republic of Dagestan to the modern period. It deﬁnes the degree of their effective participation in the region and identiﬁes areas of inﬂuence. In addition, the author attempts to trace what the real actors responsible for the results of their activities within the main goal – to achieve power in the republic.
