Foreign Experience of Civil Service Management

The article analyses the foreign experience of organizing and functioning of civil service management system from the perspective of its applicability to Russian sociocultural conditions. There are civil service management models operating in France, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, USA and Japan. Presents conclusions about the possible directions of further improvement of the Russian system of civil service management.
