In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. Reasons of Gaps in Law

The author analyzes the main causes of the gaps in the law to disclose the grounds on which the gaps in the law appear. The paper is also devoted to elucidation the methods and procedures, which will allow minimum of legal gaps in future and will be a result of the most complete and objective regulation of all legal relationships. The work can also help to eliminate shortcomings that lead to the appropriate gaps.
