The article is devoted to one of the most urgent problems in the contemporary pediatric cardiology – the formation of endothelial dysfunction among children. The article gives an overview of the scientiﬁc data on the stages and pathogenesis of the endothelial dysfunction and the possible involvement of the dysfunction in the formation of cardiovascular pathology among children.
