The article investigates the direction of the housing policy of the Soviet state in the Krasnodar, Stavropol and Rostov Region in the 50’s and 60’s. The implementation of resolutions of the Party and Government on the ground is shown. The author analysis of archival sources, which were based on the peculiarities of this policy in the region.
