In connection with the entry into force of the new edition of the nomenclature of scientific specialties, the journal is included in the List of peer-reviewed scientific publications in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Sciences, for the degree of Doctor of Sciences, in the following scientific specialties should be published: 5.6.1. The article contains comparativeness of methodological analysis scienti?c theory of V.S. Styepin and technical theory of V.G. Gorochov During the reconstruction of the research it was highlighted that science and technique integration had tendency to obliterate the bounds between them through the historical process. Under modern conditions technical theory speci?cation can’t be traced against the natural science. That can be proved by such phenomenon as techscience.
