The adaptation of the business-processes and the technology to the new conditions and de?ning the true innovation and investment policy on the micro level before the heads of the enterprises is considered.
To estimate the parameters and the expenses of manufactures’ entering into the network business, the author did multicriterion analysis which allows to get integral estimate of each considered categories of the business-projects.
