Strategies of Depoliticization of the Circassian Question

Strategies of Depoliticization of the Circassian Question

The article deals with the possibilities and options depoliticization of the Circassian question. The article presents several models of depoliticization of the problem. Proposes measures that can be used by the expert community as options in the practical implementation of models of depoliticization the issue, of normalizing the situation and liquidation elements of instability and unpredictability.
