The Quasi-Integrated Business Structure with the Participation of Foreign Capital as a Form of Foreign Direct Investment Development of Regional Economies
The article highlights modern trends in creating quasi-integrated business structures as new forms of territorial organization of production of the regional economy. The author underlines special features of foreign investment inclusion. Preconditions and obstacles to the effective interaction between local and foreign companies in this type of business integration are also showed.
