Promising Methods for Human Brain’s Bioelectrical Activity Analysis
Three promising directions of human brain’s integral bioelectrical activity analysis are considered: intrinsic physiological time-based approach, fractal dimension estimation, and determining synchronization parameters. Event-oriented analysis aimed at estimating the degree of synchronization and search for a deterministic description of the biolelectrical activity are two key components that should form the foundation of a new paradigm in the research of mechanisms underlying the functional state of the human and animal brain.
