On a Relevant Methodological Construct in Studying State Cultural Policy as Factor of National Security in Modern Russia

On a Relevant Methodological Construct in Studying State Cultural Policy as Factor of National Security in Modern Russia

The article represents explanations of actuality of the state cultural policy study as factor of national security and condition of state development. The author’s methodological construct is considered to be a relevant mechanism to determine the problem in analyzing the interdependency of state cultural policy and national security. The use of this construct let optimize the conditions for developing the tools to prevent national security challenges, dangers and threats by means of state cultural policy.
