The Functions of Children’s Occasional Names with Specifically Used Affi xes
The article deals with the functional features of the words that were created in the children’s speech with the special using of usual affixes. The author concludes that these words combine nominative and metalinguistic functions in the children’s speech. This phenomenon is connected with the children’s wish to regularize the language structure of names.
