(Rostov-on-Don)

The author describes nominations of different levels (words, word combinations, sentences), which are used in different models of text adaptation. Here are distinguished such models of text adaptation as simplifi cation, denotatum explication and amplification. There is abridging of the text in simplification due to the usage of one-word nominations and lexis instead of sentences. Denotatum explication and amplification impact text extension. In this case predicate nominations explicate the necessary information for a reader.
