The Economic Culture of Customs Officers: the Problems of Conceptualization

The article presents the author’s interpretation of economic culture as a substantial form of “human capital”. Attempted to its conceptualization for economic culture of the customs officers in the structure of universal and group concepts such as socio-psychological, cultural, economic and mental. Highlighted the problems, the consideration of which is necessary for the decision of this problem.
