Conventional Models with Opposite Meanings in German


The article describes conventional models relating to the phraseological subsystem of the language and expressing enantiosemic meanings. We identified and dealt with various types of syntaxical constructions of conventional models which have not been studied from this point of view up to the present moment, and we showed their efficiency in terms of enantiosemy. The choice of one meaning of the enantiosemic conventional models is always determined by context and situation.
