The article deals with the problem of understanding the nature and content of education in the reproduction of the regionalization of teachers in a network of cultural and educational environment of the university. The author gives the deﬁnition of the concepts “networking”, “network structure”, “cultural and educational environment of the University”. Also, the author shows the productivity of networking as an innovative technology in the functional distribution of resources in the region and in the training and retraining of teaching staff.
