The Ethnic Discourse as a Factor of the Formation of Russian Civil Identity in the Reintegration of the North Caucasus Space

The article is devoted to the analysis of the ethnic discourse of the North Caucasus as a component of the Russian civil discourse. Ethno-political risks of the North Caucasus ethnic discourse and the ways of its optimization are being disclosed. The authors accent historical, cultural, socio-political and socio-mental integrity of the North Caucasus ethnic discourse as a component of the Russian civil discourse. The brands of the North Caucasus ethnic discourse and socio- political and politico-management trends of the North Caucasus reintegration are selected.
