Historical experience of Development Strategy of Education as a Factor in Post-Soviet Russia Reintegration
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the historic experience and peculiarities of the development of secular education in the North Caucasus. The authors suggest that in accordance with the previous positive experience the government need to increase support of the classic universities, which are the centers of the education, science and culture in the society, and are the most ef?cient socio-cultural instruments that assist to the development of regions in the innovative way.
