The article concerns the determinants of inclusion into basic kinds of modern activity (political, economic, social
and cultural) of a new multidisciplinary scientifi c area – the cognitive analysis. The author analyses the characteristics
and courses of cognitive analytics in the system of public administration and corporate governance.
