Evolutionary and Institutional Analysis of Models of Growth and Development the Economic
Aims and objectives: determination of the genotype, the impact on the mechanisms of evolution of individual
countries and regions, the analysis of general and specifi c institutional models of economic evolution, the mechanism of
their mutations, revealing the driving forces of economic growth and cyclical development, the analysis of the economic
strategy of the region.
Methods: Instruments and genotypic approach genotypic matrix mega- and macro analysis, mutational analysis
and cyclical.
Results: We present institutional structure of economic genotype. Defi ne the sequence of change of conservative
and liberal models of economic cycles in the process of evolution, evolutionary-institutional sources of economic growth
and development. “Economic miracle” occurs when the economic policy of a country or region, the strategy of its
development coincides with the sequence (logic) of the cyclic structure of the genotype, thereby determining the effi ciency
of the economic development strategy of countries and regions.
