Stage Transformations of the Comedy “Ogurlu” by Sh. Ebzeev as a Factor of Refl ection of Social Paradigms

(Cherkessk)

Four statements of the known comedy of the Karachay playwright Shakharbi Ebzeev of “Ogurlu” which took place in different years of the 20th century are analyzed. The purpose of this article is the art analysis of each performance and the argument of their popularity in the people. All of them refl ected the changes happening in social life of society: from the image of the person of modern times (the director Sh. Ebzeev, 1932) by the image realized by advantage of social system (the director B. Tokhchukov, 1963), from the character reconsidering the imposed traditions (the director Sh. Aliyev, 1972) to the personality comprehending the identity (the director H. Bidzhiyev, 1993). Correlation of traditions and the present defi ned director’s reading of the play. Therefore each director of this performance became a representative not only the time, but also personal outlook. Thanks to idiomatic richness of the literary language, opportunities of actor’s improvisation, vital power of the main character, small number of characters, an entertaining intrigue and the director’s plan refl ected actual thoughts of modern generation of relationship of the person and the power in these performances. Moreover, the director’s judgment of the text and realities of life was semantic shown in art forms of each statement. As a result of the carried-out analysis we were convinced how for short term changes the attitude of the artist to the person, not only as to the identity of the physical, but also artistic.
