Elithologically Paradigm in Humanitarian Cognition: the Tendency to Marginalize the Modern Russian Elite

The article explains the importance in modern human cognition such complex scientifi c field as elitology and elithologically paradigm in science, the foundations of which were nominated by the classics of elitism (G. Mosca, V. Pareto, R. Michels, P. Sorokin) as opposed to Marxism, which denies the principles of elitism. And in its political practice and HR policy of the Soviet system, based on Marxism, focused mainly on the principles of egalitarianism. Therefore, in the post-Soviet period, where they began to practice of elitist approaches, human potential managers and professionals was insufficient for the new elithogenesis.
From the standpoint of the principles and methods of elithologie the article analyzes the processes of modern elithogenesis and functioning of post-Soviet elites in Russia. It is shown that for post-Soviet Russia is characterized by the formation of protolith community and preserving the effectiveness of the mechanisms of exclusion in elithogenes process.
