Methods of Substantiation of Selecting Economic Security Indicators for Higher Education

The article devoted the mythological problems of the choice of indicators and identification of treats of economic security of higher education. An analysis of previously selected indicators and common indicators need to adapt to the economic security of higher education. The characteristic features of specific threats, and develop appropriate packages of measures for each area. At the same time it held an expanded approach to the definition of aggregate indicators of economic security of higher education.
From a perspective of system analysis of the characteristic properties of the indicators. Highlighted the problem of interaction indicators in the event of threats to economic security of higher level of the primary threats to nature. Assess the impact aggregate indicators of economic security of higher education that includes basis and additional indicators. Thus determined that the indicators with a low degree of interaction allows to assess the level of economic security of higher education and on their basis to manage the process to ensure the economic security of higher education. Considered the treat that the indicator may identify in the real economy, the social sphere of foreign economic sphere, in the sphere of regional economy and the criminal sphere. When defining indicators economic security of higher education pay attention to each of these sphere. The main conclusions and focuses on the range of estimates for the algorithm high – the average degree – low, but signifi cant degree.
