About the History of the Mass Typed Publishing Houses: The Publishing Corporation “Ogonek” (1926–1931)
The article has the purpose identification of interrelation such concepts as management of territorial community and management of local community. Social sciences often use these concepts during the analysis of social management problems. Using a method of the comparative analysis, the authors show that the sense and value of these concepts are various that demands their differentiated use within the analysis of social management. The article proves that studying management of local community problems in a separation from philosophical understanding of management of territorial community is unproductive. The authors continue widely conducted discussion about opportunities of unambiguous definition of the concept “territorial community”, about criteria of its differentiation from other social groups, about classification of levels of social management and propose the solution of the scientific problems connected with this concept.
