The Role of Representation of the Chechen Autonomous Oblast at the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee in the Development of Public Education of the Chechen People in the 1920–1930s

The article discusses the activities of the Representative offi ce of the Chechen Autonomous region under the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee in the development of public education of the Chechen people in the
1920–1930s.
The Soviet government, focusing on the Institute’s mission, strengthen the Soviet system in ethnic areas by addressing through him some of the problems of education.
Representation of the Chechen Autonomous Region in the Central Executive Committee was established in December 1922 and operated until 1934. Representation of the Chechen Autonomous Region in the Central Executive
Committee took an active part in the People’s Commissariats and other public institutions, which addressed the interests of the region. He informed the central government about the situation in Chechnya and in all branches of the individual
People’s Commissariats for closely related to them, immediately report to the executive bodies of the Chechen Autonomous Region all decrees, regulations and orders of the Central Executive Committee and Central Executive Committee and
SNK of the RSFSR SNK. Head of the Mission participated in all meetings of the Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR, having suffi cient legislative materials from certain commissioners or having information data and special reports,
developed these materials in conjunction with the relevant central institutions of the RSFSR for the preparation of draft laws necessary for the Chechen Autonomous Region. Is enforced through the respective central bodies of executive decisions of the fi eld of education and culture, brought to the consideration and approval of the relevant authorities of higher economic fi nancial and material estimates. An important place in the Mission took questions of public education and culture of the Chechen Autonomous Region.
