It is shown that the discussion on problems of ethics, morality, spirituality are becoming of permanent nature. This is due to the fact that the society, tired of endless succession of economic and political crises (in the global dimension),
disappointed in potential possibilities of the “informational”, “postindustrial”, “innovational” and such like communities, is trying to fi nd a solution on the way of spiritual order.
The subject-matter of scientifi c conferences, related to these issues, is linked with two main courses: fi rstly, this is an applied ethics, presented in a number of theoretic -practical clusters and, secondly, the theoretical ethics, studying
the fundamental laws of the ethics development as a science of the morality of modern society.
The went off All-Russian scientifi c-practical conference “Ethics and the confl ict of values in the modern world” on the 29th of October, 2015, in the Institute of Philosophy and socio-political sciences of the Southern Federal University
became the continuation of this “ethical wave”.
In the reports of the participants there was underlined that the social importance of the research of the status of ethical culture of the citizens of modern Russia is very high, since Russia is undergoing a period of transformation of all spheres of life, the social diff erentiation is increasing and the moral choice is becoming more and more diffi cult.
It is concluded that behind each problem in economy, policy, social life and etc. are issues of ethical plan, moral duty and responsibility. In connection with this the request for spiritual society update, “ethical revolution” is actualized.
Our actions are moral, when they focus not on the economic and other benefi ts, but on the moral duty accomplishment. This was expressed by G. Simmel.
But today the processes of inculturation and socialization, in particular, the educational process, are conducted with the orientation, fi rst of all, on the economic benefi ts, and the reasonings on them are maintained in the paradigm
of calculating the prices and costs.
Hence the requests not only for the formulation of new ethical concepts and doctrines, but for the clarifying of the role of the modern art in representation of the examples of the moral duty implementation are increasing.
