Some Questions of Relationship of State and Society of the Caucasus (1st Century BC – the Beginning of 1st Century AD

Questions of relationship of breeding associations and the states of the Caucasus during the ancient and antique periods of history are considered. At its writing the works of various authors generalizing works on history of the separate people and the states, compositions of the Greek-Roman and early medieval authors, and also archaeological and linguistic materials are used.
Article is written in close connection with the events occurring in the countries of Forward Asia and the South of Russia which actively influenced relationship of tribes, the people and the states of the Caucasus. Material about political relationship, about invasions of various powers, the nomadic people to the Caucasus, about fight of the people of the region against conquerors is given in article. In article it is told about a Christianity role in relationship of various
people of the region in the 1st century AD.
