Universal content of Western and non-Western values

World culture and international relations demonstrate that the different cultures in all their diversity are the common values, which include freedom, equality, solidarity, tolerance, respect for nature, shared responsibility. At the same time it expands the space of shared values: there is internalization of the principles and norms of freedom, democracy and human rights by various States, peoples and cultures. This is evidenced by international law. Thus, under the value of "freedom" in the international legal sources, it meant that men and women have the right to live and raise their children in dignity, free from hunger and the fear of violence, oppression and injustice. At the same time, it prescribed that the best guarantee of freedom is a democratic form of government. An important, in this context, it is
the propagation values. It should be noted that there is a special way the spread of common values. At the same time the spread of common values depend on the extent to which they are the result of adoption as "their" take into account
"autochthonous" cultural environment, and are not the result of the imposition of the more force from the outside. What should fall, according to members of the international community, the principle of tolerance, designed to promote the
peaceful exchange of values and the preservation of the dialogue between cultures. In other words, the adoption of actors in world politics total value of principles and norms is inseparable from their struggle for their cultural identity and
defending specifi c values. In addition, the availability of universal in the content of Western and non-Western values ascertained not only politicians, but also social scientists.
