The Concept of Justice Libertarianism

The article investigates the concepts of justice libertarianism as a species of liberalism. Liberalism is one of the main directions in the sense of justice and are represented by different currents. These currents is characterized by common views on various aspects of the problem of justice. But there are disagreements on many issues. The concept of libertarianism as a whole, liberalism comes primarily from the idea of primacy of individual freedom, the idea of natural human rights to life, liberty and property. Libertarianism believes that the individual freedom is the embodiment of fundamental freedom is the highest value.
Focuses on the most striking representative of libertarianism, Robert Nozick, in his theory of justice. Nozick exclude virtually any government intervention in the free market system. The author notes that the concept of R. Nozick considers, primarily, the aspects of fairness, which in the modern age have for man and society are of particular relevance.
Among the advantages of this concept the author points her attention to the natural rights of man, rights and freedoms of the individual. The author considers libertarianism as a reflection of the realities of the modern world and attempts
to identify the ideas that can be used in implementing justice in today’s society.
