The Universe as a Global Gravystructure System Can Has the Intellect?

The scientifi c hypotheses for the formation and development of the Universal Intelligence (World Mind) is predicted. The movement, which determines the formation and development of material systems, carried out in space and time, and is managed by the fundamental laws of physics and dialectics. Such fundamental lows of development of matter are the usual conservation lows of physics as well as the laws of synergy (self-determination). It is emphasized that an inherent property of all material systems (atoms, molecules, planets, the sun, the galaxy, the universe) is the yearning to generate the structure, which can create the intellect of these material systems.
