Social and Cultural Mechanism of the Manifestation of Inertial Component in Russian Historical Reality: Social and Philosophical Approach
The article discusses the mechanism of manifestation sotciokulturnyj inertial component as the aggregate means by which such component functions, and the forms in which it is embodied, taken in their social and cultural dimensions.
In the formation and reproduction of the basic component of the socio-cultural mechanism of manifestation of the inertial component, historically conditioned cultural and religious traditions determining the features of the national mentality
are of fundamental importance.
Social and cultural mechanism of the inertial component manifestation in Russian historical reality, including the images of the past, demonstrates the paradox of its presence in modern public consciousness and culture, including traumatic and nostalgic effects. The effects are caused by the past experience and different ways of its perception and description. The very manifestation of the inertial component in Russian society is associated with the contradictory processes of constructing social reality, when this inertial component acts as a means of both maintaining and destroying the social order.
The revealing and explication of social and cultural mechanism of the inertial component manifestation in the Russian historical reality is based on the understanding it as a fragment, a synthesis of social and political or social and
cultural reality that allows to fi x and evaluate various modes of the inertial component manifestation in Russian society.
