Economic Clustering in Coastal Zones of yhe Crimea: Factors of Localization and Prospects of Development

The modern economy of the Crimea is developing in conditions of fi nding the most effective models of development in the new political, economic, social and cultural conditions. As a model of regional development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol was selected "cluster economy". In the development of both subjects strategic role of the coastal territorial-economic systems. Described the factors of the economic clustering processes in the Crimea, revealed the localization and maritime profi le of the potential subjects for economic clusters in the coastal zones of the region.
Studied the potential and prospects of clusterization in the Crimea and defi ned role in this process, the coastal zone of the region. The article shows that, at the moment in Crimea, "economic cluster" can be considered a potential, emerging
type of integration of economic entities. Nuclei of the clustered space of the region may become the largest enterprises of the coastal areas of Alushta, Yevpatoria, Kerch, Saki, Sevastopol, Feodosia and Yalta.
