Transport in the Context of Post-non-classical Science
20th century will enter the world history as a time of the active large-scale social construction, the development of the alternative directions of economic construction, combining national specificity with the processes of globalization. According to first two decades, the 21st century will move along the same ways and, I think it is increasingly accelerating despite the crisis phenomena.
The crises only test the creative reserves of mankind, the conformity of the activity of the modern rational status man; highlight the danger of one-dimensional formation of the personality.
To ensure the sustainability of the social development in the face to increased socio-economic and political activity, it is necessary to optimize the structure of the national and international space. This can only be done by mobilizing communication and transport. Transport in the 21st century becomes the same locomotive of the development of society. In the forefront of social progress
there will be those states those win the competition in creating the perfect transport and create an effective system of transport ensuring the sustainability of the development. The comprehensive scientific, engineering and philosophical study of transport, its systemic status is a fundamental condition for the deployment of a transport construction strategy. Now it is necessary to find the
answer to the question: what is a transport? Why don`t the classifiers of sciences have «transportology» or something similar as a transport science? The notion of "transport science" remains in demand in a limited way, mainly in the meaning of "transport sciences".
It does not integrate scientific research into transport, but unites them under one common direction. Meanwhile, the scientific and cultural gains in the field of transport are actively objectified in technological progress, the transport has acquired a cosmic significance and it is associated with cosmic safety of the terrestrial life. One way to explain this may be when transport is defined
through economic (economic) functioning, and it is described in terms of classical physics, engineering science, construction mechanics and machine science. There haven`t been yet a system of the specific concepts reflecting the real functional status of transport rather than its specifically historical (technical and economic) form. The authors offered their interpretation of the problems.
When they highlighted the problems above, they didn`t point out them as alternative to the existing understanding of transport, but they tried to seek the development in understanding the fundamental scientific and philosophical context.
