Yu.A. Zhdanov and the North Caucasian Scientific Center of Higher Education: Сoncept, Strategy, and Drama of Realization

The main storyline is the story of the conception and implementation of the project Yu.A. Zhdanov to create in the late 60s of the 20th century on the basis of the regional system of universities in the North Caucasus the country's first scientific and educational complex – the North-Caucasian Scientific Centre of higher school under the Ministry of higher and secondary education of the RSFSR.
