Code Representation of the Essence and Visibility in the Paremiological Picture of the World
The article is devoted to the analysis of the code elements which are actualized when conceptualizing the essence and visibility in proverbs and sayings. Using the method of content-analysis the sign units that denote essence and visibility are identified.
The results of the study reveal the basic code directions that represent the complex dichotomous relationships between external manifestation and internal contents. Bodily, phytonymic, zoonymic, object-life, aesthetic, communicative, graphic, procedural are noted as the main codes.
The obtained sign elements implicitly represent the concept "visibility," conditionally correlate with its contents, "its essence."
Code representatives are connected with the basic values underlying the axiology and reflect the logic of the cognitive process. The carried out analysis allows to suggest that the paremiological picture of the world is formed by the use of the lexical units of the basic word stock as the signs accumulating the complex philosophical categories that summarize the gnoseological experience of the nation.
