Cognitive-Frame Modeling of the Subject Area "Sociology of Family" in British Linguoculture

The results of cognitive-frame modeling of the subject area "sociology of family" as a significant fragment of the scientific professional and scientific-terminological worldview are presented. Frame modeling of knowledge structures in the field of sociology of family in British linguoculture offered a clear view of the structure of scientific and professional concepts as a certain system, taking into account the hierarchy and categorical-thematic relations. The relevance and importance for the theory of language lies in pointing out the characteristic features of the concepts of the area of family sociology which was exemplified by the English language, and to estimate the place of the subject area in the system of others.
