Criticism of Marxism and its Argumentative Interior: Polemical Notes
The article deals with the issue of modern criticism of Marxism, which takes place in the process of disciplinary theoretical and methodological discussions in modern Russian philosophy, political science, sociology, history and Oriental studies.
The immediate reason for this discussion was the publication and discussion of L.B. Alaev’s scientific monograph «Problems of the history of the East» (Moscow, 2019). The authors of the article focus on the epistemological value of criticism of the Marxist theoretical position, its scientific correctness in a wide field of issues and problems of modern socio-humanitarian knowledge.
The main theoretical and ideological «claims» and «accusations» to the Marxist approach in understanding socio-historical phenomena are consistently analyzed.
