Features of Evacuation and Re-evacuation Processes on the Don in 1941–1943 (on the Example of the Razdorsky District of the Rostov Region)

In the article on the grounds of ego sources (memories, private diaries, etc) and the materials of some archives of Rostov region, municipal archives of Ust-Donetsk district) open organization particularities of evacuation and re evacuation steps in Razdory district during The Great Patriotic War, that never interested our historians.
The problems of organization of evacuation to the rear cattle, machine and tractor station in 1941–1943 years, the process of resettlement evacuated in Dagestan territory and returning the collective farm herd in 1943 year were analyzed with scrupulous details. The author comes to conclusion that in the situation of the frontline chaos the regional authoritis tried unsuccessfully to streamline the evacuation process in the atmosphere of panic, lack of basic household appliances and providing food on the way.
Such situation demanded independence of every individual and the actions on the edge of adaptive capabilities. During the re evacuation the authorities came to appropriate conclusions, took into account the negative moments of the evacuation period.
Big spadework was made according to solving everyday problems of drivers, the catering service, care of cattle on routes to the Don. This was due to the fact that from the successful resolution of the re evacuation issue depended directly socio-economic development of agriculture in the region generally.
