Russian Language and the Borders of the Russian World in Kyrgyzstan

The article reveals the issues of the functioning of the Russian language in one of the post-Soviet states – Kyrgyzstan, it is suggested that the Russian language and Russian culture laid the roots of friendship and mutual understanding between different peoples. The Russian language to this day retains its positions in the Kyrgyz Republic and other countries of Central Asia due to its scientific, educational and resource potential, is an attractive language for many citizens as a means of access to information and building human capital.
