Some Problems of the Disabled Children of the Rostov Region: Mental Disorders, Number, Inclusive Education
The article regards some problems of the disabled children the number of which is constantly increasing in the Rostov Region. Statistics confirms this postulate taking into consideration the whole complex of different problems.
The authors of the article have classified all disabled children in the Rostov Region into some groups basing on their age, sex, initial disability. The article stresses the necessity of organizing the inclusive education of mentally retarded children together with normally developing pupils.
The successful solution of the touched issue depends on the united efforts of the specially taught teachers, psychologists, social workers, parents and children themselves – healthy and disabled.
